Shipping policy

For orders over 100 CHF we deliver free of charge.

If the order value is less than 100 CHF, a flat shipping fee of 7.95 CHF will be charged.
For Priority (A-Post) a surcharge of 3.00 CHF will always be charged unless the total order value exceeds 250.00 CHF.

The exact shipping costs are shown to the customer during the ordering process. There are no additional costs for deliveries within Switzerland.

delivery conditions

We deliver within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein.
DM24 sends the ordered products via Swiss Post. Benefit and risk are transferred to the customer when the products are handed over to Swiss Post.
The items offered are usually in stock so that we can deliver promptly. We will notify you as the customer by email if there is a delay in delivery.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs. We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order.
